The key is always balance.

Make the decision to accompany yourself with unconditional love and acceptance during this process. Encourage yourself, remind yourself of your virtues and capabilities, be understanding and indulgent with you. Do not pressure yourself, force yourself or reject yourself, just stay by your side while you feel what is necessary.
Self-love is transformative, it is powerful. Remember that if you have you, you have everything you need to get ahead. However, if you don't have you, you will feel an emptiness, loneliness and confusion that can be devastating. So, I repeat, go with yourself.
